Developed internal procedures and a new joiners induction presentation for balance sheet account reconciliations.

Provided support for an in-house mortgage book, successfully negotiated the early redemption of a number of mortgages prior to the migration to a third party.

Performed a feasibility study for a Payroll department to outsource non-core activities.

Reviewed all balance sheet accounts for a Human Resources department and produced action plans to assist them with resolving historic exposures. Automated the monthly account ownership and reconciliation process.

Developed a training program for a new e-banking service launched by a Luxembourg bank.

Integrated new e-banking functions within existing Private Banking infrastructure for a European bank.
